Flagship new products gather to showcase an integrated, interconnected ecosystem and solutions
At the exhibition, flagship new products from various series were all displayed, covering aerial and ground shooting applications, showcasing DJI's complete product ecosystem and imaging solutions in the fields of "imaging, stabilization, transmission, monitoring, focusing, and control". Recently released professional imaging products, including the DJISDR transmission, DJIFocus Pro automatic and manual focusing system, DJIRS 4 Pro new generation flagship stabilizer, DJIRS 4 lightweight commercial shooting stabilizer, and other products, all gathered at the DJI booth. In addition to new products, users can also experience the ultra-high-definition image quality, powerful stabilization and anti-shake effects, and flexible control response brought by the 8K of the aerial cinematography drone Inspire3 and the four-axis cinema camera Ronin4D, and can be matched with the Transmission transmission system respectively, to feel the "integrated, interconnected" efficient collaborative shooting solution that integrates transmission and remote control.
It is worth mentioning that the DJISDR transmission, which was newly released in July, received unanimous praise on the spot. The DJISDR transmission is developed based on software-defined radio technology and uses dual-mode transmission technology of SDR and Wi-Fi. Among them, the SDR technology has raised the stability and penetration of ground transmission to a new dimension; Wi-Fi technology provides a more flexible monitoring method for the team. The DJISDR transmission can automatically switch between 2.4GHz/5.8 GHz/DFS three types of frequency bands without feeling, switch to the best channel, and obtain a transmission distance as far as 3 kilometers. The DJISDR transmission supports 1080p/60fps transmission specifications, with a transmission rate as high as 20Mbps and a delay as low as 35 milliseconds. In broadcast mode, each transmission transmitter can connect to an unlimited number of receivers, bringing a high-quality and smooth monitoring experience to the shooting team.
In addition to professional imaging products, compact, convenient, and efficient consumer imaging products have also been favored and chosen by many broadcasting and television film users and consumers in recent years. The flagship aerial photography drone Mavic3 Pro and the latest first-person flight experience drone Avata2 provide users with a quasi-professional aerial photography experience; the sports camera OsmoAction 4 and the pocket camera OsmoPocket 3 are famous for sports and Vlog imaging shooting, becoming the best partners for outdoor shooting. In addition, the scene also has a full-scene outdoor power supply Power1000 and its ecological accessories on display at the same time, to help users start with a full battery.
The exhibition area specially set up a film production area and a car shooting display area, linking multiple products to restore the application and efficiency improvement of the DJIPRO Ronin ecosystem in real working scenarios, vividly showing DJI's new "integrated, interconnected" ecosystem concept. In the film production area, a specially built train studio is equipped with professional actors and plots, and users can match products and series accessories such as the Ronin4D four-axis cinema camera, RS4 Pro series stabilizer, FocusPro focuser, Inspire3 aerial photography cinema camera, etc., to immerse themselves in the studio for a variety of combinations and multi-camera positions. Complex shooting solutions.
In the car shooting area, combined with the layout of the exhibition car, the RS4 Pro stabilizer's car suction cup solution, the Ronin4D Flex split in-car remote head solution, and the Ronin2 stabilizer's rooftop arm solution are arranged to help users easily complete different shooting needs inside and outside the car. In addition, DJI also set up a DCCS DJI cinema color system display area, presenting DJI's color science and post-color grading workflow.
Special invited professional film and television users, exchange and discuss highlights
During the exhibition, DJI specially invited professional film and television users to hold a series of exchange seminars, sharing the actual application and experience of each product in film and television shooting, and discussing the future development of the industry together, attracting many on-site users to stop. On August 21, the founder of the film and television typhoon, Tim, shared how to use the DJISDR transmission as a collaborative solution for content shooting of the film and television typhoon, and the well-known director and photography director ArdenTse shared the convenience of the four-axis cinema camera Ronin4D in simplifying film and television production; the next day, the aerial photography creator LightningFPV Wu Yanping brought the extreme flight skills of the aerial photography camera Inspire3 in high-end car shooting scenes, and the photographer Zhijun brought the actual combat experience of the focusing system DJIFocus Pro.DJI's Multiple Imaging Products Honored with "Recommended Project" Awards
Several of DJI's imaging products have received recognition from the judges and users at this year's exhibition. The DJI Focus Pro, a hand-auto lens control system, and the Osmo Pocket 3, a one-inch pocket gimbal camera, were both awarded the "Recommended Project" accolade officially granted by the BIRTV2024 exhibition.
Experts have affirmed the focusing performance and flexible ecosystem of the DJI Focus Pro, stating: "This is a hand-auto lens control system capable of independent operation, consisting of four major modules: LiDAR, motor, handle, and handwheel, which can be flexibly combined according to different shooting scenarios and content requirements. It can be used with DJI stabilizers and the DJI Transmission system, as well as independently with other products on the market. When paired with any manual lens, it can achieve automatic focusing, manual focusing, and hand-auto focusing functions."
On the day of the exhibition, Cao Shumin, Deputy Minister of the Central Propaganda Department, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the National Radio and Television Administration, and Director of the Administration, along with Dong Xin, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the National Radio and Television Administration, visited DJI's booth to inspect and guide the work. DJI's professional line market manager, Deng Ruihao, introduced to them the rich matrix of DJI's imaging products and various solutions.
A Decade with the Ronin, Light and Shadow as Companions
In April 2014, DJI launched its first handheld stabilizer product, marking the beginning of the DJI Ronin series. Over the past decade, the DJI Ronin professional product line has gradually improved its product matrix and the interconnectivity between products, forming an open and collaborative ecosystem. DJI aspires for the Ronin products to be integrated into every aspect of film and television production, meeting users' key needs during on-set shooting. Within the small ecosystem of the Ronin, organic collaboration between products provides users with high-quality and efficient shooting solutions; within the larger ecosystem of the film and television industry, by being open and integrated, DJI works hand in hand with many manufacturers to serve users, reducing the barriers to use, enhancing creative efficiency, and fostering the emergence of outstanding works.
